Warranty Policy

All LED Concepts products include a LIFETIME manufacturer warranty. Warranty is subject to product failure under normal operating conditions. Warranty does not cover improper installation or failure due to water exposure. If product failure occurs within 14 days under normal operating conditions, the product can be sent in to be repaired or replaced. If product is repaired or replaced, return shipping charges will be covered by LED Concepts. If product is returned after 14 days the customer can send in product for replacement or repair, but customer will incur shipping charges. If a product is defective upon arrival, LED Concepts will issue customer a pre-paid return shipping label. Refund / Exchange Policy

LED Concept’s offers a 30 day no hassle refund policy on all un-installed items. All items returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fee will not be reimbursed. If item has been installed it is not eligible for a refund. Item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Any items sent back not in original packaging are not eligible for refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are typically done on Thursdays of each week. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ledconceptslighting.com.


Shipping Information

Before shipping anything out. Please make sure to print and fill out the following RMA form. You can click RMA Form to download it. This form allows us to properly process your return or warranty. It is important that this form is filled out completely and put inside your package when shipping back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. LED Concepts is not liable for any damage that may occur when shipping an item to us and for this reason we recommend adding insurance to your package. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
